Biography :

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey in Solid State Physics. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University, Diyarbakir, Turkey. He shifted to Firat University in 1980, and became professor in 1996, and He has already been working as professor. He published over 50 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 100 conferences and symposia in international and national level as participant, invited speaker or keynote speaker with contributions of oral or poster. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last three years (2014 - 2016) over 20 conferences as Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by South Asian Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE), and other institutes and companies. He joined as Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair at 6 conferences held in first half of 2017. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M.Sc theses. He is also Technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File.

Biography :

Professor Lawrence J. Berliner, University of Denver, and Emeritus Professor of The Ohio State University is a pioneer in protein structural and free radical research. His team developed thiol-specific spin labels, which facilitated site-directed spin labeling for studying protein structure in solution by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). His research has involved protein-protein interactions, free radicals, and in-vivo EPR. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Chemical Society, Past-President of the International EPR Society. He and has received the 2000 Silver Medal of the International EPR Society and the 2005 Lifetime Achievement Award in Biological EPR Spectroscopy. He is Editor-in-Chief of Cell Biochemistry and Biophysics and has edited over 30 books on magnetic resonance applications in biology and medicine. He has spoken at many conferences the world on proteins, magnetic resonance the history of the Nobel Prize.

Biography :

Eliade Stefanescu graduated the Faculty of Electronics, Section of Physicist Engineers, in 1970, and, after a long activity in the field of the research and development of the semiconductor devices, he obtained a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics in 1990. He discovered a phenomenon of penetrability enhancement of a potential barrier by dissipative coupling. He developed a microscopic theory of open quantum systems, discovered a physical principle and invented a device for heat conversion into usable energy, and produced a unitary quantum relativistic theory. He is a member of American Chemical Society and of Academy of Romanian Scientists. He received the Prize of Romanian Academy for physics in 1983, and the Prize “Serban Titeica” in 2014, for his book entitled “Open quantum physics and environmental heat conversion into usable energy”. He has been invited to present his results in numerous international conferences, as speaker, keynote speaker, and member of the organizing committee.

Reza Jamshidi Rodbari is a Doctoral in Material Science and Engineering at the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. He is the Member of the board, Executive Director at R & C Jam Catalyst Industrial Group, in the sector of energy sustainability and petrochemical industry. He has contributed himself by participating in events like International Congresses on Petrochemicals and Chemical Engineering in 2013 at San Antonio and also in 2014 at Las Vegas. He was the part of the organizing committee of the World Conference and Expo on Petrochemicals and Natural Resources during 2018 at Prague. He has two books with ISBN, an International Patent in the Catalyst Area and has 35 article publications.

Sharma was Senior Scientist G and Head, Biomedical Technology Wing, Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology Trivandrum and has been Head, Biosurface Technology Division, SCTIMST Thiruvananthapuram from January 1980 to February 2014. He has been Associate Head, Biomedical Technology Wing, and Associate Dean, PhD Affairs, SCTIMST Thiruvananthapuram. He is presently Adjunct Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal University and Hon. Emeritus Professor, CBEAS, Purbanchal University, Nepal. He is basically a Solid State Physicist from IIT Delhi and received his training in Biomaterials area in the University of Utah (USA) with Prof. D.J. Lyman as a graduate student and in the University of Liverpool, England with Prof. D.F. Williams as a Post Doctoral Research Associate. Dr. Sharma has been awarded FBSE by The International Union of Societies for Biomaterials Science & Engineering (IUS-BSE) in 2008 and FBAO (Fellow Biomaterials and Artificial Organs) by Society for Biomaterials & Artificial Organs (India) in 2011.

Fatih Yildiz is Founding member of the Department of Food Engineering of the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He has obtained his education at Maryland University in College Park, USA. His previous work experience includes teaching positions at the University of Minnesota and Maryland University, USA. Prof. Yildiz’s current research activities are focused on functional foods, health claims, as well as DNA technologies in food and agriculture and minimally processed foods. Prof.Yildiz is the author and editor of one of the first book published on phytoestrogens entitled” Phytoestrogens in Functional Foods” published by CRC and published several other books. Prof. Yildiz is currently Founder and Director of Mogan International Research Center Ankara Turkey, organizing conferences, writing books and consultant for companies among others.

Giancarlo Galli is a full professor (since 2002) at the Department of Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry, University of Pisa (Pisa, Italy). He also spent many periods of time for teaching and doing research abroad, including the University of Liverpool (UK), the Centre de Biophysique Moleculaire CNRS, Orleans (France), the Cornell University, Ithaca NY (USA), the Chalmers Technical University, Göteborg (Sweden), and the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Yokohama (Japan). He is has (co)authored more than 320 publications, including scientific papers in journals and books and industrial patents, and has co edited 4 books. He has been secretary (1994-1998) of the International Liquid Crystal Society (ILCS) and chairman (2012-2013) of the European Polymer Federation (EPF). He has been chairman of several international meetings and a member of the scientific/organizing committees of many international conferences.

From 1972 to 1991 her main research activity was focused on the field of Radiation Chemistry. In particular, she studied, by means of pulsed and continuous radiolytic techniques, the electron-transfer processes involved in model systems for the conversion of solar energy to chemical energy. In 1992 she moved to the group of Prof. Balzani at the Department of Chemistry “Giacomo Ciamician" of the University of Bologna, where she is still working. Her present research activity is dedicated to the design, construction, and characterization of molecular-level devices and machines in the frame of the bottom-up approach to nanotechnology. An innovative aspect of this research is the idea that the concept of macroscopic device and machine can be extended to the molecular level, and that it is possible to design multicomponent systems capable of performing specific functions upon stimulation with external energy inputs. Up to now the studies in this research field succeeded in constructing (i) a number of systems for information processing such as wires, switches, antennas, batteries, logic gates, and (ii) a variety of systems that, powered by chemical energy, electrochemical energy, or light, exhibit machine-like behaviour such as piston-cylinder systems, shuttles, and rotary rings. Very recently a light powered nanomotor has been obtained which has been highlighted in several scientific journals.

Transportation

Press permission must be obtained from 10th World Congress on Bio-Polymers and Polymer Chemistry Organizing Committee prior to the event. Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com

Cancellation Policy

If 10th World Congress on Bio-Polymers and Polymer Chemistry Group cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies Group event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

If 10th World Congress on Bio-Polymers and Polymer Chemistry Group postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies Ltd event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied Academies Ltd if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied Academies Ltd will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Allied Academies Ltd, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-

  • Before 90 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 Service Fee
  • Within 90-60 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
  • Within 60 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Allied Academies Ltd will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
